Early one morning, Princess RiverStar went to the market with Mommy for their weekly trip to get fresh fruits, vegetables and bread.
Mommy bought a bunch of bananas, four avocados, lettuce, tomatoes, greens, seven apples, a loaf of bread, and two pastries.
Princess RiverStar couldn’t wait until they got home to eat, so Mommy let her have one of the pastries.
But, Mommy asked her to eat one of the apples when she got home.
When they got to the house, Mommy made a salad with the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, greens, and nuts.
It was delicious and both of them were very satisfied.
As Princess RiverStar was about to leave the table, Mommy gave her an apple and told her to eat it when she was ready.
Princess RiverStar took the apple on her way out, but she was full and wasn’t ready to eat it yet.
Off she went outside to play, setting the apple on the porch as she went.
While she was playing in the yard, she had an idea.
Why don’t I plant the apple so that it will grow into an apple tree and we can have apples all the time?
Smiling she grab the apple from the porch and went looking for the best spot to plant her apple tree…
